Jukebox Collective Dance Company and Creative Agency are recruiting for an experienced
Community Participation Manager to work within its Participate department and join a small team in
Cardiff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised individual to support and
work closely with our community, to develop high-quality dance programmes, as well as build a
business strategy to ensure delivery on core KPI’s.
You will directly manage and take responsibility for all aspects of the community participation work
across multiple locations and venues, including line management for staff and freelance tutors. You
must have a keen interest in developing a thriving creative community, as well as having the
technical know-how to drive a commercial business forward. To be successful in this role, you are a
confident team leader with previous experience in a similar position. You are highly organised with
excellent administrative skills and the ability to work across multiple programmes simultaneously. A
