Jukebox Collective Dance Company and creative agency are looking for a Strategy Director to join
our team. The role would be to manage, influence and inspire the overall strategic direction of the
creative/artistic work. To build on Jukebox’s reputation as a key player in producing high-quality
dance theatre and creative services nationally and internationally. Positively expose and promote
Jukebox Collective, helping to build an international brand.
You will act as lead producer for all of the company’s artistic work, supporting the Creative Director
to achieve the highest quality of the artistic activity. Identify ideas, new networks and explore
opportunities for new revenue streams and commercial partnerships to maximise the profile and
build long term sustainability. You will also be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy &
implementation. A successful applicant would have five years + experience working within the
creative sector, self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. A

Salary:

36,00 per annum (28,800 pro rata for 30 hours per week)
