Stellar Quines is seeking an innovative and resourceful Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officer to join the company.

Stellar Quines produce award-winning theatre, collaborate to deliver artist development programmes, creative learning programmes and continually question and campaign to improve women's representation in the performing arts sector.

As an organisation we are looking to build on this work and develop our strategy for the years ahead. We are seeking an innovative and resourceful Artistic Director and Chief Executive Officer to join us in shaping the future of Stellar Quines. This is a combined role.

What we do is exceptional and reaches beyond the expected. We need a leader who reflects our vision and wants to take it further. Are you a theatre maker who can work collaboratively with artists, writers, participants, crew, theatre-makers and audiences across Scotland, develop new talent and support women at all stages of their career in theatre?

Do you believe in the power of theatre to transform and empower women and girls, particularly those whose voices aren’t usually heard? Can you communicate the importance and impact of our work to a wide range of stakeholders and create meaningful change in the sector and wider society?
