We’re looking for someone who sees themselves as a future leader but may not have had the experience to be one right now. The Developing Leader will work 3 days per week, spending some of this on project work and some on self-development.

The salary for this role is £26,000 pro rata for the 12 months of the contract, meaning the pre-tax earnings will be around £1300 a month. The role is based in Newport but we can be flexible about where you work.
