As part of the L;ttle Sparks Mental Health Arts Festival, Disability Arts Cymru and Making Minds are presenting a seminar at the Wales Millennium Centre on Friday 9th October from 10:30 am - 5pm. 'Why Wales Needs a Mental Health Arts Festival' will include, speakers, discussions and performances from Gwyneth Lewis, Julie McNamara, Sean Burn and Dai Sharkey. Patrick Jones will be running a poetry workshop and there will be a Singing for Wellbeing workshop with Sarah Harman. There will also be a benefit of the arts workshop with the days performers.
