The Art of Looking at Ourselves is a three day introduction to Context Oriented Arts. We will explore together the possibility of theatre as a source of awakening and liberation through the creation of an immersive multi-sensory experience for invited friends and family. This is the first of three trainings that progress from approach, to practice to integration, using powerful techniques to explore the blocks that inhibit our ability to be truly alive to the present moment. Sessions will run from 10am - 6pm on Friday and Saturday. The Sunday session will begin at 10am and will include an evening event, finishing at 10pm. There must be a commitment to participating for the whole three days. Drop-in participation is not permitted.
