We are **RECRUITING ** young musicians/volunteers/entrepreneurs aged 14- 25 who would be interested in getting involved in Youth Cymru's Music festival this year, held at Ogmore Castle.
Have you got an idea for a fun activity stall that you would like to try out at our festival with young people? Pitch us the idea and you could bring it to life!
Get involved with all aspects of the creative process by volunteering at IntroFest this year. Our festival will be full of experienced workers who can guide you with tips and advice while you help out with the sound tech, stage management, artist liasion, photography etc. 
IntroFest 2018 is also an amazing opportunity to gain some live performance experience. Last year we got over 3000 attendees through the gates over the weekend.
The purpose of this live music festival is to engage young people through music and creative arts, whether this be through performance, business ideas, or volunteering opportunities.
