Head of Communications

National Theatre Wales (NTW) creates radical and innovative theatre throughout the landscape of Wales. By collaborating with the most exciting artists from across Wales, the UK and beyond, experimenting across art forms and seeking out untold stories, we are constantly questioning what theatre is and what it can be.

Following the appointment of its new Artistic Director and CEO Kully Thiarai, NTW approaches its seventh year with a renewed commitment to ground-breaking artistic work and connecting with diverse audiences across Wales. We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated and energetic individual to the post of Head of Communications.

This is a senior management position; responsible for the strategic leadership of the NTW brand, digital and media presence. They will have oversight of the marketing and communications planning for the programme of productions, the audience development model that works across Wales to deliver new and repeat attendees and the advocacy plan.
