With a grant very kindly given to them by Wales Arts International, Wales Arts Review sent their roving arts writer Gary Raymond to Tokyo earlier this month, to spend a week reporting on out Tokyo residency.

He has, today, published a fantastic bundle of blog posts on his trip, which you can read here.

These include a review of The Opportunity of Efficiency ("National Theatre Wales have produced their most relevant and interesting show at a time when the world is watching"), interviews with John and writer Alan Harris, plus Gary's report from our first ever international Assembly.

It means a lot to us to have journalists reporting on our work even when it's so far from home, plus it means audiences in Wales can get a more objective update on what we're doing on our travels.
