I can't recommend the week-long residential enough - if you work on/ in/ for festivals, do seek out the next editions and ask ACW or your employer to give you some training monies to attend! Next one is at the Malta Festival in Poznan, Poland in October 2014 - deadline tomorrow! http://www.efa-aef.eu/en/activities/atelier/ (and the one mooted for Sept 2015 is in Kampala, Uganda!)
