"Our Lord said to you
‘Myfs it’s time to go’
You said ‘hang on I’ve got to put the chubb on the lock’."
A celebration of the life of
Myfanwy ‘Myfs’ Evans
1935 — 2011
Beloved wife, sister and nono, who always ‘lifted’ our ‘spirits’.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Ruff Times Dogs’ Home.
"There is nothing certain in a man's life except this: that he must lose it"
Tom Cruise from the film Minority Report
A pitch black piece of comic theatre about grief, banality and the exact location of Bridgend’s McArthur Glen retail outlet. A Cold Spread is an immersive, largely improvised theatre experience set at the wake of Myfanwy ‘Myfs’ Evans, performed at the Riverside Conservative Club by a great cast of actors, stand up comics, cabaret performers and musicians.
Diane from the Club is whipping up one of her famous buffets and there’s a disco at the end.
You are politely asked to come dressed for a funeral.
