Or perhaps you love movement and haven’t had the opportunity to move with others since leaving training?

Either way, I've got some news! Next year, I'm launching an open class for actors and creatives to sharpen their movement skills and keep their performance body "match fit". As artists, we should never stop learning and growing if we want to stay at the top of our game. After spending a decade in London and moving back to Wales, I noticed the lack of opportunities for actors to keep training their bodies.

So, I'm taking matters into my own hands!

I'm hosting a taster class at Chapter Arts Centre on the 6th of December at 4:15 pm. It's an hour long and is priced at only £10. My practice is inclusive and accessible, so everyone is welcome to join in the fun and improve their skills. Let's get our bodies moving!

Laura is an actor and movement director from Wales, with a primary focus on fostering an inclusive, accessible, and playful rehearsal environment. She is known for her ability to create movement for and with the ensemble. Recently, she has been working on 'Trwbl Mawr yn Tremyglyd,' her first Welsh-language production. Her previous credits include Dance Captain for 'Pericles' at the National Theatre, Associate Movement Director for 'Icarus' at the Unicorn Theatre, and Movement Director for 'Not Dying' at HOME Manchester.
