A new play by Charles Waydirected by Ian Yeoman
based on the short story Le passe-muraille by Marcel Aymé

The Man Who Walked Through Walls is a comic play with music. It tells the story of Monsieur Dutilleul, a childlike fellow who works in an office and leads an unremarkable life until he discovers he has a remarkable power, the ability to walk through walls.
The action concerns how Duttilleul uses his power - at first it leads to comic situations but before long Dutilleul abuses his ‘fabulous’ skill, to become a master burglar called ‘The Lone Wolf’. Not until he discovers that he can love and be loved does Dutilleul realise how vain and empty his life has been but does he have time to make amends and confront reality before it’s too late?
