Young people on a mission to raise money for charity by eating their way around the country!

This is an exciting new 4 part project which aims to improve the relationship that young people have with food and involves:

1. Research in the community and plenty of food sampling. 

2. Travelling around Wales in search of regional recipes and learning about the food industry.

3. Gaining culinary skills in classes taught by experienced professionals.

4. Running a restaurant for a charity event using sourced ingredients.

We are looking for ideas for the final event including: venue, themes, decor and live performances.
