Scratch that Itch

I would like to talk about going back to Scratch. We have decided to launch a Scratch theatre event offering an opportunity to theatre companies, performers and writers to show pieces of work in the very early stages of development.

Scratch That Itch!

Scratch That Itch nights aim to give people a chance to share ideas with others and get feedback in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. It is not Britain’s got talent you wont be given feedback by a panel of judges only by those who chose to approach you to discuss your piece or those who you approach and ask or perhaps some one will leave you a note in your feedback book.

Scratch That Itch is supported by NTW TEAM. If you are interested in taking part in future events or would like us to come to your town please email:- letmescratchthatitch@gmail.com

Hope to hear from you all soon

Hi all! Just a reminder that the next NTW Workout and Skill Swap is in Bridgend on 21st March. It's a great place to have a play with your scratch piece before you get it up in front of an audience, or to develop it further after you've tested it at Scratch. Email Laura at team@nationaltheatrewales.org to reserve your place.

Hey. When is the next STI?

I have a short play to submit (and possibly act in also).

Cheers,

James.

We are looking for actors to perform some scripts that have been submitted for Scratch That Itch Bridgend. There is no fee unfortunately but is a great way to get involved with new writing and writers at the early part  stages of the work. please email letmescratchthatitch@gmail if interested. The event is Jan 29th at Bridgend Carnegie House Arts & Culture Hub.

Hello,

For those who were at the last Sherman Scriptslam, or the latest Scratch Night you might remember my ten minute short "The Gift"

This was part of a longer piece which will be performed at Swansea Grand Theatre Arts Wing on the 27th September - would be great to see some familiar faces there for support! Ticket details @http://www.swansea.gov.uk/index.cfm?articleid=26939

And if you can't make it on the 27th Sept in Swansea, check it out in Porthcawl Grand Pavilion on the 1st October (http://www.grandpavilion.co.uk/whats-on/october/lunchtime-theatre-g...

Do say hello if you pop in! Xx
