What I do:
Editor at indie publisher Parthian Books, Susie also writes and edits a LOT of the time for numerous fabulous newspapers and magazines and websites. She is a Regional Reviewer for The Stage. Her debut collection of short stories The Art of Contraception came out in Sept 2010 through Parthian Books and she is a living, breathing poet.
A little more about me:
Susie Wild is a writer, journalist and editor based in Cardiff. Her words have appeared all over the shop, including Bugged...Writings from Overhearings (CompletelyNovel.com, 2010), Nu: fiction & stuff (Parthian Books, 2009), Nu2 (Parthian Books, 2011), Mslexia, The Stage, and The Guardian. The Art of Contraception is her first book. It was long-listed for the Edge Hill Short Story Prize 2011 and won 'Fiction Book of the Year' in the Welsh Icons Awards 2010. Her Kindle Single novella 'Arrivals' was released globally through Parthian Books in May 2011. In 2011 she was awarded a Writer's Bursary from Literature Wales to work on her debut novel. She also took part in the Wales Arts International Critics Development Scheme which took her to Edinburgh Festival, Artisterium 4 in Tblisi and Hay Festival in Kerala. http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/4607021.Susie_Wild
