Remedy your arts funding needs at the surgery

Bridgend County Borough Council’s Arts Development team is hosting an Arts Council of Wales funding surgery between 10am and 4pm on Monday 19 March at Maesteg Town Council.

The surgery will provide individuals and organisations with the opportunity to have a one-to-one session with Arts Council of Wales staff regarding available funding and support.

Arts Council of Wales’ funding schemes offer opportunities for individuals and organisations in Wales to apply for funding towards clearly defined arts-related projects. Funding may be granted for arts training or projects, and can range from small training or project grants to larger grants for mainline production and development.

Guidance will be available with regards to:

• ·         What types of grants are available to organisations and individuals;
• ·         Who is eligible for any of the various types of funding;
• ·         How the Arts Council of Wales prioritises its funding;
• ·         Arts Council of Wales’ objectives in providing funding.
