After our second year of TEAM Panel, we are now getting ready for year 3 and we will be inviting new members along to join us. Could this be you?

Role description

Being a TEAM Panel member means that you will be part of developing the future of TEAM and National Theatre Wales, putting TEAM at the core of NTW. Panel meet up four times a year (starting from January 2015) and evaluate TEAM throughout the year, influencing the way National Theatre Wales works. As a Panel member you would attend various shows, meetings and events on behalf of TEAM. In return for your commitment we will provide you with training, developing your confidence and leadership skills. You will have a say on many areas of NTW’s work including upcoming productions, marketing and training opportunities. We are always looking for a diverse range of people with a variety of skills and backgrounds to create a dynamic group that can make key decisions, helping us create new and exciting ways in which NTW works.

Responsibilities

• Attending 4 TEAM Panel meetings a year (These are generally held on Saturdays between 12-5pm)
• Attending ideas meetings, training sessions, board meetings and representing National Theatre Wales at performances and events
• Actively spreading the word about TEAM, being an advocate for TEAM in your area and further a field. – This includes promoting TEAM events, Hub activity and helping recruit new TEAM members- getting people involved in what we do.
• Social media & Community- Assist in promoting TEAM activity and reaching as many people and expanding our networks
• Emails- We often send out invites and opportunities via email to TEAM Panel, we would ask that you could be efficient in responding to these so we can keep updated regarding what you are able to attend.

Deadline: Midday Wednesday 12^th November 2014

 If you are successful we will ask that you could prepare a pitch based on the 3 points above, and invite you to come to the NTW office Wednesday 26^th November to deliver your pitch to a panel. This can be in any form you like, if you would prefer to present a video pitch, a drawing, a slide show or just tell us your thoughts then that’s fine, we want you to present to us in a way that suits you. We will send you more information when we invite you along to do this.
