Back Home in Canon Hill Park, Birmingham

The city all brings it back into the right proportion. I am big and the countryside is small. I am cool and we should all save some water. Birmingham indeed has the best water of the world, it is the only water there is.

Before I go all crazy and say stupid things I would like to say thanks to Welsh Water, Severn Trent Water, Canon Hill Park, Elan Valley Trust and all the others that I forgot.

Hi Carmen, Henry's been based up here in Rhayader and the Elan Valley for the past month.  He's clearly drunk on Elan Valley water.  He's standing on the model of the Elan Valley Dams complex that's tucked away in a corner of Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham as a commemorative installation.  Birmingham built the dams between 1895 and 1908 after fighting with London over the water source in Parliament for years.  Many local families essentially became refugees when they were turned out of their homes and farms with no compensation etc.

Doesn't the Elan Valley in Wales transport its water to Birmingham?
