Well it's Friday....end of week 1...how did that happen?! What better way to end a first week of rehearsals of The Persians, than a cider and perry festival at Chapter?! All we need now is for the sun to come out!

As part of my 'Greek Epic 'Research' I watched '300' (based on Frank Miller's book) last night (besides admiring the many six packs) it was very visually pleasing and surprisingly entertaining.... ( I'm not usually one for films where lots of people kill each other in gruesome ways, but, it was well good - and I'm honestly not just saying that because of the many six packs that were on display, which by the way I think some of which are CGI'D on coz some look naturally on the flabby side of a six pack!!!)

Lots of good things about this week. Mainly feeling part of a very exciting journey, feeling a part of a lovely group of creative people, learning lots, 'research'.... (many lovely six packs in the film!!) and many cakes ( thanks to lovely Ellie)

Over to 'taste' some ciders now! Happy days!
