Firstly, apologies for raising this in a theatre-based forum.

(Although, if all goes according to plan, I’ll have a play on in Wales next year, but that’s not important right now.)

This is about “Yer Blues”, a novel which I wrote and self-published a few years ago.

Yer Blues” is now available as an e-book in Amazon’s Kindle store, for those of you who own (or intend to own) a Kindle. (Even if you don’t, there is a handy Kindle app available for android phones, tablet computers, PCs, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, etc. But you probably already know that.)

It costs £1.45. That’s about half the price of a pint of beer (in Cardiff, anyway). And, needless to say, a fraction of the cost of a theatre ticket. And it won’t leave you with a headache, unlike beer. And some theatre. But not the kind that anyone who might read this has anything to do with, obviously.

You can even read a free extract beforehand, so that you can determine whether or not it’s your kind of thing. There’s even an endorsement from a well-known Welsh playwright, whose identity you will only discover if you click the link. (Thanks again, Gary).

Yer Blues” is about a band, by the way. (As is the play, come to think of it, but that’s not important right now.)

(By the way, if you investigate further, you’ll also discover a novella of mine, entitled “Oliviaville”, which is even more reasonably priced. It’s about cowboys. Just because.)

Er, that’s it. Diolch yn fawr.
