I love it because there is no cheesecake like it, every other type I have tried in cafe's and restaurants doesn't cut it! It's fresh and tasty and not as heavy as others. It is a family recipe passed down on my nan, and when I managed to make it almost as good as hers I was chuffed to bits! here's a picture...
