Simple, practical, robust, powerful – Action Learning gives you the chance to step outside the pressures of the day to day and get a fresh perspective on your ideas as part of a small group. Working with others who have an understanding of the world you work in, you will get the opportunity to explore and learn about any issue that is significant for you. Through active listening, questioning and sharing feedback the group will challenge, support and assist you to identify your own solutions to take away and try out. It will be guided by a skilled facilitator who has been trained in the Action Learning process.

Lucid in association with Sherman Cymru’s Creative Learning Department is looking for emerging artists to be involved.
