Releasing Techniques and Improvisation, Professional Development Day with Paula Hampson.

In partnership with Dawns-i- Bawb

Sat 8th Jan 2011, Memorial Hall, Llandudno Junction, 10am - 4pm.

The day will integrate the practice of body work, experiential anatomy, Improvisation and releasing techniques. Creative exercises will be explored to heighten our movement awareness and to stimulate imagination and
spontaneity in the present moment. Playful interactions within group, duet and
solo scores will offer an opportunity to observe and share our practice with
one another.

Nelson, Julyen Hamilton, Nancy Stark-Smith and Ruth Zapora. Paula is a
core member of the Liverpool Improvisation Collective who facilitate and share
a dance studio at the bluecoat in Liverpool. Paula makes art and dance in collaboration
