Mar 2013 Post: Experiments, Milkwood Gallery, Cardiff
Cardiff based multi-media artist Shaun James’ first solo exhibition, with works from his recent practice. James’ work heavily investigates the concept of play; working through many processes that challenge and confirm his non-subjective sense of play. Even when displayed, his work rejects the static in favour of an ontological approach to objects in their permanent states of flux. It is this playful approach that provides freedom in his sensibility towards the creative process.
