Once again the voting culminated in a nail biting finish with proposal 10- Glynllifon emerging victors.  A beautiful country park which needs a conversation about accessibility and ownership.  With many exciting and interesting resources and a picturesque setting, Assembly 04 promises to be a great event in the making.  Also proposal 9 from Gisda, which finished 7 votes off the mark might get involved in helping deliver Assembly 04, making it a happy finish for all.  Now the challenge is to put on a great Assembly 04.
