Flynn is a boxer. Living in the shadow of his Father's failure.
After walking out on his Father’s humiliating defeat in the ring, Flynn vows to train, to fight and to be better than his father ever could be. To be the best Flynn has to accept and overcome his past, his prejudice, but most of all come to terms with his true identity.
Written by Actor James Gaddas (Emmerdale and Waterloo Road), Shadowboxing is a tough, energetic, fast paced 50 minute ringside performance. Actor Alex Harries (Pobol Y Cwm, Hinterland) will be pushed to the limit as he prepares his body and mind for the fight of his life in this one man show, that is about endurance in a world of tough men. A hard-hitting drama not to be missed.
