- Trained at RADA and then spent most of my acting career in London. A mixture of work in the theatre, tv and commercials was enjoyed and, sometimes, endured. Also Equity Registered Fight Director . Have lived in Wales 12 years. Here being near Aberystwyth, West Wales.

- 2023 -can't believe it's 2023. Since Covid I have been working for 2 Learning & Development companies. Working 1-1 with individuals who require me to facilitate raising their public profiles. - corporate speak for " How they come across in public". Rewarding work and well paid.

The Easter Combat Course 2016 is now a regular event at Trinity.
Not only an opportunity to learn some stage combat skills but for the student to practice further their stage craft and physical skills
Spring 2014. Trinity St. David's, University of Wales. The Assassination of Julius Caesar and the mugging of Cenna are both used as vehicles to explore physical violence for the stage while using the language of Shakespeare.
Easter Combat Course 2014. A week long exploration of how to present violence on a stage.
Gang violence and their hierarchies were also explored at Trinity this year.
Small sword and Rapier & Dagger were also taught.
Also worked with Elise Davison at Trinity St Davids on physical conflict in Shakespeare with 2nd year BA students.
