I’m Rosey Brown, I currently live and work as a writer, arts practitioner and project coordinator, splitting my time between Cardiff and Berlin.
I am particularly interested in arts and education – be that leading workshops, devising educational performances, coordinating projects or helping with community initiatives and activism. I’m always looking to meet new people and collaborate on new projects, so please get in touch if you’re interested in working together.
Projects I’m working on:
Currently up to:
Literature Wales Bursary
In 2015 I won a bursary from Literature Wales which allowed me to work part time, and write the rest of the time. The bursary ended February 2016 and I am now in the process of adjusting and editing the work before sending to agencies.
Workshops with CABAN Scriblio
Caban Sgriblio is the writing element of an umbrella programme that Arts Alive Wales are running entitled ‘Caban’. The ‘Caban’ programme has been set up for young people in Powys to develop their confidence and resilience, encourage and enable participation and improve wellbeing whilst nourishing creativity.
I work as a coordinator for Arts Active at St David’s Hall. Arts Active is a registered charity that supports education, community and audience engagement projects from St David’s Hall and the New Theatre, in Cardiff.
STORM. 3 is a unique, 360 degree emersive experience. The type of thing you could watch ten times and go home with some profoundly new outlook each time. Bravo @NTWtweets . See it before the run ends this weekend. #NTWStormpic.twitter.com/1K9z8LdMUI
