Send us your questions and thoughts on the debate. We’ll respond to them at the Aberystwyth Assembly on Constitution Hill from 7pm on Friday 4 March.

But we won’t only respond to them at the event itself! We’ll share with you what you help us to find out about Aberystwyth. We will send your message out by Morse Code and also send you back responses on a postcard.

On the night, we’ll share your questions and messages in Morse Code, beamed from Pen Dinas across the Aber skyline! Random People will be making their way up Pen Dinas in big warm coats with a 1939 daylight-signaling lamp. They will be awaiting your texted responses and questions, to send visual messages beaming across Aberystwyth … we can’t wait!

What should the dots and dashes say? Send a text to 07582 511450 and we will make sure your message goes out into the night! It can be to someone special or to everybody, something you always wanted to say or something that you thought you would never say. It can be in any language (using a Latin alphabet). Random People will send out your messages in the order they receive them and you can keep texting throughout the evening. If you live in Aberystwyth and cannot make it to the Assembly, look up to Pen Dinas to see the lights. If you do not live in Aberystwyth, look in our direction and try to imagine them.

If you include your name and postal address in an email or Twitter DM we’ll also send you a personal hand written postcard with a response to your message or your question. We found these amazing postcards today in Aberystwyth … they bring back so many memories!
