In recent months, Fran Medley sadly passed away. She was the epitome of bravery and inspiration. And I was very lucky to call her my friend. In honour of Fran - a way of continuing her legacy of challenges and taking risks - saying thank you for so much - and finding a personal and meaningful way of saying bon-voyage - I have decided to walk the high wire. I have never walked the high-wire before! I will spend an intense training day learning the necessary skills before going up 10 feet to do the walk. This adventure is for charity - half of my sponsorship will go to NoFit State Circus and the other half will go to The Blenheim Counselling Service - the charity that Fran wished donations to be made to.
