Adding to my last blog,
Today the Alajotas and Urban Ink shared practice with welsh and african artists. Bragod - Robert Evans playing ancient and medieval instruments including the Lyre and Mary Anne Roberts (Trinidad) singing welsh poetry from the 6th Century proved to be an awe-inspiring workshop.
The performance with the Canadian and Nigerian Team showing their individual journey through their personal legacy will be performed at 8pm this wednesday at Chapter (£4-£6). It will be an event to remember - so hope you can make it.
The next day will be a free workshop at 10.30 to learn of this unique process that is being pioneered by Unrban Ink - spaces are limited.
