Can I also say "Thank you" for a fantastic day yesterday NTW! It was intense and I'm exhausted today after a 5 hour (very eventful), rugby-filled train journey! - but I've I learned a huge amount and feel it's has helped me resolve how to go forward with our Film Team in Prestatyn - we really are at important crossroads now. Carys is right - ask the right question Jan!  We take a giant leap forward in setting-up an extra Film Team night at the Scala on Tuesday 6th December - this is due to popular demand and a need for all the young film-makers, writers and actors to keep telling their stories. Hopefully this will be a regular night to run alongside the Creative Surgery (formerly my voluntary Young Film-makers Group), which is now run by the Scala every Thursday night to provide low-cost access to equipment (£1.50 for 2 hours) and technical support for film-making. graphics and music projects. It's also , crucially, a place to be with friends and like-minded people and the skill-sharing that happens in these sessions is fantastic...

Loved catching-up with the Team members I met at Mega Assembly and had the chance to talk with the others - If you read this Natalie & Anna, be great if we could work together on a project... and Brent, we didn't get the chance to talk about Scratch theatre, but I'll contact you all directly as it sound like something we could try at the Scala.

Am really looking forward to next year and hopefully I can get a Drama Team & a Writing Team on the go - I just wish all the Team Prestatyn members could come and meet you all as it's pretty inspiring - hopefully that will happen in the near future. Thanks again NTW for helping to make our dream of an independent film production unit, run by and for the young film-makers, a reality x
