Summary of discussion

Funding for some-kind of mentoring scheme

Part of Project funding should be allocated to include a mentor(s) (I think this is already a requirement ?) problem is if the grant is small then tricky to stretch, should be another pot for mentors as they definitely need to be paid as many are free lancers different if the mentor is part of an organisation
In the Welsh language theatre scene asking for a mentor is taboo as it shows weakness - ( surprised at this as it should be seen as a strength and an eagerness to learn )
Training for mentors, ( a scheme does exists through Cult Cymru ) http://www.cultcymru.org/
NTW not as porous as before in terms of offering advice on personal development
NTW emerging directors program seen as a very positive thing but what happens then, the next steps to get commissioned.
A mentor and mentee relationship should be a over a number of years to see genuine developmental growth.
Can NTW create some kind of skill exchange platform
