Your reactions to the first year's programme!

We'd love to hear your reactions to the first year's programme - so please get a-blogging! Just one small request - please include the official tag in the "Tags" field of the blog form (just under the content area) - this will help us keep all the conversations together.

If you're involved in a production, a local, or just really interested, please join the groups - where you'll find a discussion board dedicated to that show, and we will make sure that all new related blog posts and web content are sent into the group.

Peter, we'll take the tags issue out of this thread - we will be producing some little help videos soon (with screen shots) to explain a few things on the site and elsewhere on the web. The tags on the home page are correct.

John, Lucy and the team - what an exciting prospect for Wales and for performance. I know that the team at BAC will be regularly crossing the Severn Bridge to get involved in what promises to be a hugely exciting programme. Congratulations on the launch!

Hi Tom... re geekery - I think what you say about tags is very clear and helpful... clarifying where to find the right code associated with the project we write about would be good. I'm assuming the front page of the new website associates official tag code to project? Will that remain the place to get them from though?

I just can't wait to see what Carl Morris, Rhiannon Cousin and Bethan Marlowe come up with!

Tags are like the index page at the back of a book. When you add a tag to a blog post, a tweet, a photo on Flickr or a video on YouTube, it makes it more findable.

For example, if everyone who is blogging about A Good Night out in the Valleys adds the tag NTW01, we can then pull together all those blog posts into one place - and see them all at once.

If you're writing a blog post on this site, just add the tags to the "Tag" field - you'll find it underneath the area where you write your content.

Bottom line - add tags effectively, more people will see what you wrote.

Does that make more sense of what is admittedly a bit of geekery?

What are the official tags? Where do we find these and why are they so important? X
