- A little more about me:
- I've recently established Tamiko Arts, an exciting new consultancy created to inject creativity and diversity into projects and events. After 12 years working across the arts and the community development sector, I decided to put the skills and knowledge I've acquired to good use. Tamiko Arts Consultancy services provide bespoke project and event innovation and training.
Leanne is a professional project coordinator, trainer, arts and events manager, who has developed her practice around audio visual, performance arts and diversity. Leanne established her passion for the arts while taking part in workshops led by the Black Film and Video Workshop in Wales and later graduated from the Newport Film School with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film and Video. Leanne then went on to work voluntarily as the coordinator for the International Black Film Festival of Wales initiating the first 'Shorts in Colour' tour and Junior Film and Video Workshops. As well as offering support and advice on innovative ways in which to diversify audiences, Leanne can provide a service that enables you to reach, as well as actively involve, communities that are poorly represented within arts participation and arts delivery.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I'm from a circus and site-responsive theatre background, and have a lot of experience of leading workshops in circus and physical theatre skills, particularly in communities identified as being in need of cultural and physical activities.
My company Citrus Arts are showing a short scratch performance at Wales Millennium Centre this Saturday, as part of their Incubator project. It's at 7pm with 2 other companies showing work as well.
