This week I have had the brilliant opportunity to work with Robin Soans, Stella Feehily and Max Stafford Clarke on a project exploring Gareth Thomas and Bridgend with the support of NTW. We are working with a brilliant groups of actors and I have learnt all about Max and Robins unique style of workshop and the verbatim style. It has been truly inspirational. Gareth has been such an honest and giving figure in the rehearsal room. If anyone would like to know more about the process to use in…

Just to say a huge thank you to all the women who came to the development day on Friday at the Sony Theatre. It really felt like the beginning of something very special. Lets hope its the start of the journey for Jam and Chutney.
We began the day looking at the issues faced by women in their work, rest and play. We talked honestly and openly - the 'key' behind my intentions of the play. When we began looking at the positives of our lives we…

If you have read the book 'Like Water for Chocolate' that could help but if you haven't don't worry. I think at least 5/6 actresses would be great - location for a rehearsal day would possibly be either a home…
