SEMINAR AT THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE
WAS RATHER INTERESTING; IT WAS EXTREMELY COMPLEX FOR ME ON THE POLITICS OF
CULTURE IN BRAZIL, WITH SECRETARIES OF CULTURE FROM STATE AND CITY GOVERNMENT.
WE WERE JOINED BY THE POLICY MAKERS, SUCH AS MICK ELLIOTT THE DIRECTOR OF
CULTURE- DCMS AND ARTISTS FROM THE UK WHO ALSO VOICED THEIR OPPINIONS.
