Hello my name is Alice and I am suggesting a webbed mentoring system. If you like what you read below, please email me. I would be interested in making this happen if it seemed wanted. My email is alliedowning93 AT gmail.com

A webbed system involves committing your time not just either “up” or “down” the chain but both ways. And also between similar scale companies\artists that want to learn other things eg. touring, facilitation, accessibility, business practice etc.

Instead of just pairing small with big we can create a scale of support and knowledge sharing that makes developing as a company seem achievable because we give not just a support to, but also a voice and a validity to midscale companies.

By supporting the other companies within your web, you’re not just sharing knowledge but also a pooling of audiences.
I have found that audience numbers are hard to grow for small audiences because there is a lack of audience trust and a lack of willingness to take a chance on a new company but that could be changed with affiliation to a larger company allowing for the smaller companies to grow in audience, scale and platform.

It involves a dedication of time and care and it can surely only mean we all get better at what we do?

Mae system gwe yn golygu ymrwymo eich amser nid yn unig  "i fyny" neu "i lawr" y gadwyn ond y ddwy ffordd. A hefyd rhwng cwmnïau o faint tebyg/artistiaid sydd am ddysgu pethau eraill ee. teithio, hwyluso, hygyrchedd, arfer busnes ac ati.  

Yn hytrach na dim ond paru'r bach â'r mawr gallwn greu graddfa o gymorth a rhannu gwybodaeth sy'n gwneud i ddatblygu fel cwmni ymddangos yn gyraeddadwy oherwydd ein bod yn rhoi llais a dilysrwydd i gwmnïau canolig eu maint, yn ogystal â chymorth. 

Drwy gefnogi'r cwmnïau eraill o fewn eich gwe, rydych yn rhannu gwybodaeth ond hefyd yn cyfuno cynulleidfaoedd.

Rwy' wedi canfod ei fod yn anodd tyfu niferoedd cynulleidfaoedd ar gyfer cynulleidfaoedd bach oherwydd bod diffyg ymddiriedaeth gan y  gynulleidfa a diffyg parodrwydd i fentro ar gwmni newydd ond gellid newid hynny wrth gysylltu â chwmni mwy o faint fyddai'n caniatáu i'r cwmnïau llai dyfu o ran maint, graddfa a llwyfan.
