The Insatiable, Inflatable Candylion

Dear TEAM members,

To celebrate NTW’s second festive show, The Insatiable, Inflatable Candylion we are offering free tickets for TEAM members and their families to join us for the first preview! The performance is for all the family and we encourage all TEAM members to bring your own family members along to this TEAM Social and experience this festive theatre gig together before anyone else!

More about the show:

This Christmas, take a trip to Pixel Valley, a magical world filled with positive vibes, colourful, mixed up characters and badminton. 

Come on an adventure with Polar Pear, Sledgehog, Cheffyl and the larger than life insatiable, inflatable Candylion… what will become of life in the valley when negative vibes take over the town?

Musicians and actors will perform in this immersive production that blurs the line between a theatre show and sing-along live music gig, inspired by Gruff Rhys’ (Super Furry Animals) seminal album, Candylion.

Ages 4+

We recommend The Insatiable, Inflatable Candylion for anyone aged 4+, but everyone is welcome. If you would like to bring a child under 4, please be aware that they must wear ear defenders in order to attend the show. These will not be provided by NTW.

All performances will be Captioned

How to get tickets for you and your family . . .

Please email team@nationaltheatrewales.org . We are happy to provide multiple tickets to families of TEAM members who wish to come along. Please state how many family members you will be bringing in your email.

Please note that this offer is for current TEAM members only.

This performance, and its audience, will be photographed and filmed. Photos and footage may be used for NTW marketing and archive purposes. Any audience members aged under 18 will need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. We will send you a consent form once you have emailed to register your interest, and your tickets will be confirmed once these forms are signed and returned to us.

Foodbank Donations

As this is an invitation to watch a preview for free, we ask that you please bring at least one contribution for Cardiff Foodbank. These will be collected at the box office on the night of the TEAM Social. Find a list of most needed items HERE. Thank you!

Mae’r perfformiad ar gyfer yr holl deulu ac rydym yn annog aelodau TEAM i ddod a’u teulu i’r TEAM Social ac i gael y profiad o’r gig theatr yma cyn neb arall!

Bydd y perfformiad a’r gynulleidfa yn cael eu ffotograffu a’u ffilmio am bwrpasau marchnata ac archifio NTW. Bydd angen ffurflen gydsynio wedi’i arwyddo gan riant neu  warcheidwad ar gyfer unrhyw aelod o’r gynulleidfa sydd o dan 18. Byddwn yn gyrru ffurflen gydsynio unwaith y byddwch wedi ebostio i gofrestru eich diddordeb, a bydd eich tocynnau wedi’u cadarnhau ar ôl i’r ffurflenni yma gael eu harwyddo a’u hanfon nôl atom.

Gan fod hwn yn wahoddiad i weld rhagddangosiad am ddim, rydym yn gofyn i chi ddod a o leiaf un cyfraniad i Foodbank Caerdydd, os gwelwch yn dda. Caiff y rhain eu casglu yn y swyddfa docynnau ar noson y TEAM Social. Mae’r rhestr o’r eitemau sydd eu angen fwyaf YMA. Diolch!
