Theatr Cynefin visit National Theatre Wales - Come and Meet them too!

Theatr Cynefin is a Sensory Labyrinth Theatre company.

They are coming to visit National Theatre Wales to talk about their work on WEDNESDAY 27th JANUARY. The session will last 2.00pm - 4.00pm in our offices at 30 Castle Arcade, Cardiff.

Theatr Cynefin describe themselves as making "a kind of theatre which employs all the senses and which is performed in purpose built labyrinths with and for communities.

We create labyrinths either as site specific instillations in large interior spaces or we create them in the natural or built environment.

Our performances provide audiences and communities with an opportunity to step out of time and enter a 'being' instead of a 'doing' mode."

If you would like to come and meet Cynefin, we have 15 seats available for members of this community. As always, seats are allocated on a 'first come first served' basis.

Please reply at the bottom of this Blog to reserve your seat. Please let me know if you find later that you can't make it, so that we can give your place to someone else

Food for the Gods: video from Youth Exchange Cynefin, hosted in Conwy, October 2009.

The video shows the Youth Exchange Cynefin hosted in Conwy in October 2009. The exchange led to a performance for the Conwy Feast festival that led audience members through the town and up on to the walls of the town. From there they were able to witness the first half of the journey they took from an 'angels eye' view.

This experiment is being developed as Cynefin's professional performance in the Town Trilogy - WALL, which is available to tour walled towns and cities.

All company and project text is taken from Theatre Cynefin's website.

Thanks for sharing information. its really nice and mean full. I want to write more but these days I am doing preparation of different online certifications and I found network+ training guide is the best helping source which is providing 100% authentic material. I also spend my extra time in surfing internet, listening music and playing games. After my exams I would like to join your group.

Once again, would love to but am working. Is there any way NTW could start putting these things on with day jobs in mind?
