BIG SKIES - A One Day Winter Festival Of Art

For our next project we’re looking for four unique performers who feel comfortable making work on a tight time schedule with, and alongside, our non-professional theatre company; The Public Theatre. We need confident, multi-faceted performers who are adept at making work, and performing outdoors whilst interacting with members of the public.

Big Skies is a three-year project that looks to reunite people from the city with the amazing wildlife and nature that is just a stones throw away from them. Looking at mans connection to the land and multi-diversity within nature, we want to rekindle our rural selves and invite people to a one day festival event to launch our three-year long project that will span from Chepstow to Cardiff.

On the 1st Dec, we are inviting audiences to join us for ramble around The Wetlands in Newport to discover how we're putting the wonder in wandering, as the natural landscape has a breathe of new life in this unusual promenade performance.
