Golf Course War Machine

“I have doubts, but that’s not what’s on my face. I have the face of a barbaric celt.”September 2014. Remember the helicopters? The metal fences? The international press? Obama is in Wales. Wales - oh, is that in England? No. Right now Wales is the centre of the world.Cut to Pippa, who is protesting, alone, on a roundabout outside the Celtic Manor. Her life has been shaped by the political decisions that came before. She doesn’t fully understand just how much, but it doesn’t matter. She’s a…See More

KILN: Breaking Bud by Susan Kingman at AJ's Coffee House & Little Man Coffee Co

October 2, 2016 at 7pm to October 4, 2016 at 7pm
Joan's proud of her geraniums. She's proud of her whole garden. She can even tell you what flower you are, and what next door's garden reveals about them. But she'd rather not talk about her husband, John. Or where he is. Or what is so special about that flower... A script-in-hand performance of a new play about the cycle of life and the things we do to keep growing. Sunday 2nd October - AJ's Coffee House (Pay What You Can) Monday 3rd October - AJ's Coffee House (£5) Tuesday 4th October -…See More

FREE PERFORMANCE AND FEEDBACK EVENING - BEHIND THE BLINDS at Little Man Coffee Co

November 18, 2015 from 7:30pm to 10pm
My colleague and I have created a music theatre piece which we have toured to small regional venues on and off for two years, but recently we have made some changes to the show in our quest to improve it. So it is less polished than the version we toured, but hopefully more focused in terms of actual content.
