Hi Young Critics - there will be a sharing of new work on Dec 11th at Bridgend College from 5pm would be great to have your input,
(also can't get on to your webpage from the link above?)
Hi Young Critics, if you are free anytime between 5-9 tomorrow (Thursday) we are holding an informal read through of a selection of new writers ten minute extracts at Bridgend College. Hope you can get involved and give some feedback to the new writers :)
Hi Amelia,
A spoof review would appear in our blog or on a discussion wall page. Thus adding to the Indie-Scent legend.
We can also submit reviews to local publications along with a 'reveal'
Interesting technique! What exactly are you planning on doing with these?
I am looking for Young Critics to write spoof music reviews about a fictitious band. The group form part of an alcohol awareness campaign funded by the local health board and supported by Cardiff youth service. As the band are fictitious, writers have license to bare their critical teeth: are Indie-Scent the latest sensation set for stardom? Perhaps you don't understand what all the fuss is about and believe that they have 'sold out' to cater for a more mainstream market.
'Good' and 'Bad' reviews serve to promote the project. Please join our group if you are interested.
Thanks for the information Matt, one of the YC is applying, fingers crossed!
A younger theatre are offering a young critic the opportunity to go to edinburgh as a reviewer - see here for more.
