Didn't Phil offer the Sherman? is he available on the date?

Could it depend on the geography of where the majority of people are coming from?  And it might be that one of the participants could host it. Sorry that I can't make that date but I hope to make a future session! P

I haven't a good clue regarding venue! Where do people think?

NYAW will also circulate the information across its networks again. Can you confirm the venue? P

hi sarah

Don't worry it is highly unlikely we can all make it on the same day - lets get the ball rolling and those of us who can't be there at the first meeting will make the next one.Miranda x

Hard to find a date that works for everyone and some people have replied by email but a popularish date will be chosen hopefully today. Feels a bit scary being the chooser but it is only a first meeting so those that can't make it this time will hopefully make it next time?Once we have a date for the sharing event then hopefully all interested will block that out. This is just the start.....!

As a number of the dates proposed for the planning session are imminent, I wonder if a decision is about to be made to go for one of the most-popular dates? P*
