King Cats

In the run-up to Silly Kings, we've been on a search for the silliest things on the internet to get everyone in the mood. As the internet is pretty much made of cats, it seems only right that we should involve them at some point. So here, now, 10 silly cats dressed as kings.

Silly Kings is at Cardiff Castle from 19th December 2013 - 4th January 2014 and you can book…

Open casting call in Bristol this weekend - major Disney film

Please don't contact National Theatre Wales for more information about this, as we don't have any! The text and image below…

PlayARK Games and Talks 2013

On Friday and Saturday I had a great time at PlayARK's festival of Games and Talks. Friday was the 'Talks' part and Saturday the 'Games'.

The Talks included thoughts and tales from a brilliant variety of people, covering everything from interactive pottery to participatory charity radio in Sweden. There were lots of thoughts throughout the day, and loads of interesting examples to share but I won't just regurgitate them…

Hello there, just recovering after a very long illness.  Do you still meet in Pyle or is it now somewhere else.  Would love to attend - almost anywhere.  Best wishes Bee Richards

I have a question about a message I received that was supposed to be from a community member.  I received a rather suggestive message to my email account from a supposed community member. 1 is there any way to report it? 2 If not what should I do? I have looked and there is no member of that name and the FAQ page said that I should ask you about any content going against the rules. If you want I will post the message as it has some what unnerved me. Hope you can help me Bethan

Hi Jen.  Can you give me a steer: how might I get copies of those tremendous production photos of Provincial Life?  I thoroughly enjoyed my involvement with the project as an Ensemble member and would love a momento.

Thanks for your feedback on the Wadjda review. I am sure we both are keeping our fingers and toes crossed that things get better and better. I shall be following the director and the key players closely in their future activities.

Thanks for the welcome Jen. We are just getting some info and links up on to WSD website about our Marketplace project today so once I know that is up and running, I will get stuck in and start telling everyone about it - it will be great to represent all the exciting stuff that is going on in and around Cardiff with this project . Hey Jen,

This is good stuff...Community Arts Rhayader & District are on your wave length - last year they created a treasure hunt around the area linked to the Glimmer in the Earth Exhibition. More recently CARAD created an app to help people navigate around the area as part of the Finding Rhayader exhibition (www.findingrhayader.co.uk) which ended Oct 14th. Now we're left with these legacies and could/ should make something more of them. It looks like the hard work is done, all that's needed is some additions, re-packaging and promotion :)

Hope all is good with you,

Al
