Cardiff Streetside - happening next month

So in addition to the performing arts things I do (mainly in music, opera and theatre), I also have a track record of working with an artist called Micah Purnell, in Manchester and now in Cardiff. He's a visual artist; specifically a street artist; specifically a flyposter artist. I was a fan before I helped him with producing his work and now I'm glad to be able to say I support him.

SAVE THE DATE - Thursday 10 July, 6pm-8pm

In the first few weeks of July, you may notice something different about some of the flyposters in Cardiff...
As part of Cardiff Streetside, Micah Purnell will flyposter images and quotes around the city.
In addition to this visual arrest, you are invited to join us for a drink at an event to explore the street arts scene in Cardiff. During the panel we may also have a think about some of the similarities and points of difference with cities like Bristol and Swansea. Compered by Lisa Heledd Jones (director of StoryWorks), the panel will include Stephen Hayles of Upfest, and Micah himself, amongst others.
More details to follow with an event booking link in late June. And do let others know if you think they may be interested.
Event will be held at: Urban Tap House, 25 Westgate St, Cardiff
4/7 of Micah's recent series Dear Progress on a Manchester billboard
Cardiff Streetside is supported by Arts Council of Wales
