Profile Information

What I do:
From August 2018 I will be coming home to relocate in Cardiff. I am the associate artist at the Newbury Corn Exchange Theatre, The 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space and also The Artrix Arts Centre, Bromsgrove. I am a co-founder of Peter Brook Empty Space award nominated Rhum and Clay Theatre Company, founded in Paris in 2010 at L'École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq and a member of both the Young Vic Directors Network, The JMK directors group with the Sherman Theatre and a professional mentor at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
A little more about me:
I am a two year graduate of the Lecoq school in Paris. As a performer I am a co-founder of Rhum and Clay Theatre Company and have also performed and worked internationally with companies and artists such as Wildworks (BAC), Tall Stories, Tanz Theatre Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Annish Kapoor and Akram Kahn, The Stuttgart Ballet and The National Ballet of Canada (Sadlers Wells).

Cardiff/Oxford/Newbury - Relocating to Cardiff full time in August 2018.

Producer wanted - The Intergalactic Caravan

The Intergalactic Caravan is an older persons clowning project, funded by The Newbury Corn Exchange Theatre, 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space and the Arts Council, England.

Working with a group of over 30 older people (the youngest was 60, the oldest 72) I spent three weeks turning an old caravan into an intergalactic spaceship and creating an immersive clowning show that also utilised binaural sound design and virtual reality. PAID WORK: Designer required for outdoor theatre show.

Later on this year I am going to be working with a group of older actors who have never performed before, train them in street clown and take them on tour with an outdoor theatre show.

The piece will be about a group of aliens who have gone on holiday to another dimension and got stuck, with no way to return home.

I am currently looking to collaborate with a designer who has an understanding of circus/outdoor arts to turn a grubby old caravan into an intergallactic space…
