The Good Earth - Pulling Together

It's been a pleasure this past two weeks working with an incredible cast and company on The Good Earth, my first show as a director and from my new company Motherlode.

This week we had the very sad news of one of our actresses not being able to be a part of the show. With such little rehearsal time there wasn't much we could do apart from me stepping into the role. Life in a Small-Scale Theatre Company...Return Journey returns

Last week, we re-staged our highly acclaimed promenade production of Return Journey on the streets of Swansea for the Vassar College Alumnae Travel Program, culminating in a visit to the Dylan Thomas Birthplace. It was great to be back on the streets, and we hope to reprise the piece in a number of different guises soon. Kev and Ed were right back in the groove, and we welcomed newbies Sonia and Louisa Lorey who fell into it. As though to the manner born! And you know what - 'Swansea…
