Christmas is coming - even in November...

We have had a great week, doing our Dylan Thomas Workshops in Primary and Secondary schools in Swansea. Many thanks to all involved and the CCS for their support.

November '13 YMCA lyric-writing workshops

I've just completed a month of lyric-writing workshops at the YMCA. It was a satisfying set of sessions; in my experience it's generally true that the more streetwise people are, the more they know what they think and what they don't like, which helps the energy of the sessions because you can make more definite decisions with them about what to write rather than essentially putting your words in their mouth.

WalesLab: Tin Shed Theatre Work in Development

Yesterday we (Tin Shed) met at NTW offices in Cardiff to talk about our upcoming WalesLab project, loosely titled: The Old Man.

We talked about Health & Safety and implementing a safe and danger free work environment, and the joy's of Risk Assessing. We also talked about online communication (that's what this is), tweeting, blogging etc and the like.

So last night was my test run for a festive biscuit recipe and being Silly Kings and all, it had to be an ungulate.
